Throughout his career, Shivinder has been recognized for his strategic HR leadership, people development, and process optimization across major organizations. He holds a PGDM in HR & Operations from ITM Business School, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, and has completed an Executive Development Program from XLRI, Jamshedpur. His proactive approach and deep commitment to organizational excellence continue to shape strong, people-centric workplaces.

Outside of work, Shivinder is an avid reader and enjoys staying active through outdoor sports, with a keen interest in cricket and badminton.
