These products are backed by INA Solar’s 5.5 GW module manufacturing capacity, reflecting the company’s growing manufacturing scale and ability to serve diverse market requirements.

Uttar Pradesh: A Growing Market for Solar Adoption

The opportunity in Uttar Pradesh extends across multiple segments of the solar ecosystem, including residential rooftop solar, commercial and industrial installations, utility-scale projects and solar-powered agriculture.

The growing adoption of rooftop solar is being supported by initiatives such as PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, creating greater awareness and demand for residential solar solutions.

Under the current PM Surya Ghar framework, residential consumers can receive Central Financial Assistance of ₹30,000 per kW for the first 2 kW and ₹18,000 per kW for the additional 1 kW, with the Central subsidy capped at ₹78,000 for systems above 3 kW.

For eligible residential consumers in Uttar Pradesh, the State Government provides an additional ₹15,000 per kW, up to ₹30,000 per consumer, over and above the applicable Central assistance.

Together, Central and State support can provide up to ₹1.08 lakh in subsidy support for eligible residential rooftop solar installations.

This policy support is helping create greater opportunities for residential solar adoption across Uttar Pradesh.
