The ceremony on March 9, 2026, was graced by Rajasthan Energy Minister Shri Heeralal Nagar as Chief Guest and former Jaipur MP Shri Ramcharan Bohra as Guest of Honour,

along with representatives from leading industry bodies including CII, FICCI, FORTI, EAR, and the Rajasthan Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Shri Jaswant Jain, Chief Manager at National Stock Exchange, was also present to mark the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Mr. Manish Gupta described the listing as a historic milestone in the company’s journey.

Expanding Manufacturing Capabilities

Insolation Energy Limited (INA Solar), currently operates three advanced solar module manufacturing facilities in Jaipur, equipped with TOPCon G12 and M10R technologies.

Together, these facilities have a combined manufacturing capacity of 5.5 GW, enabling the company to meet growing domestic demand for high-efficiency solar modules.

To further strengthen its manufacturing ecosystem, the company is also undertaking a major expansion project in Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh.

This upcoming project includes:

A 4.5 GW solar cell manufacturing facility
An aluminium frame manufacturing unit with an annual capacity of 18,000 metric tonnes
