Insolation Green Infra Pvt. Ltd., the subsidiary of Insolation Energy Ltd., has bagged a ₹232.36 crore (excluding GST) turnkey solar power project from Silgo Retail Ltd., marking a significant boost to the state’s renewable energy infrastructure under the PM-KUSUM Scheme.

The contract encompasses the design, development, engineering, manufacturing, supply, and supervision of erection, testing, and commissioning of a 54 MW AC (70.20 MWp DC) grid-synchronised solar power plant. The project will be spread across multiple locations in Rajasthan and is slated for execution between FY25 and FY27.

In its exchange filing, the company clarified that the order is purely domestic and does not fall under related-party transactions, with no interest held by promoters or the promoter group in Silgo Retail Ltd.

Chairman of Insolation Energy Ltd., Mr. Manish Gupta, said the project underscores the company’s technical capabilities and strengthens its role in advancing India’s clean energy transition. “This project reinforces our position as one of India’s fastest-growing solar EPC players. We are proud to contribute to the country’s renewable energy goals,” he stated.
