Sunil Kumar Singh is an accomplished HR Leader with over two decades of rich and diverse experience in Human Resource across various Manufacturing sectors e.g. Renewables, Automotive components, Medical devices, Pharma, Decorative and Industrial Paints.

He has successfully driven Talent Strategies, Organization development, succession planning and advanced HR Systems including digital Learning experience platforms – LXP.

Prior to joining INA Solar, he served as Head HR in Vikram Solar where he led HR Strategy for a 4000+ workforce across renewable energy Plants. His career also included senior HR Leadership assignments with UNO Minda Ltd, BAXY Ltd, B Braun Medical, Becton Dickinson India Pvt. Ltd., Asian Paints, KEI Industries and Musashi Auto Parts. He has closely and successfully partnered with CEOs and Business leaders on large scale Organization change, building high-performance team and foster inclusive workplace culture.

An IMT Ghaziabad alumna with PGDHRM, he is also certified in Competency frameworks and Leadership development.
