Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime and plant reliability.
• Manage maintenance of production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure.
• Drive TPM, reliability improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor performance.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• 12–15 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in solar, electronics, semiconductor, automotive, or similar high-volume manufacturing is preferred.
