Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead business growth across the assigned region from Haryana . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the solar industry, preferably in Solar PV Module sales, with a wellestablished network of distributors, EPC companies, installers, and channel partners. The RSM will be responsible for driving regional sales strategy, expanding the channel network, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Solar PV Modules across the assigned region.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Build, manage, and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
• Drive business from EPC companies, rooftop installers, project developers, institutional customers, and corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's presence in the assigned region.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives, or Channel Sales teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, training programs, and promotional activities for customers and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements to develop effective sales plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, finance, and customer support for smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables across the region.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, pipeline reviews, and market intelligence reports for management.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–12 years of sales experience in the Solar Industry, preferably in Solar PV Modules.
• Proven experience in managing regional sales operations and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of channel sales, B2B sales, and project sales within the solar industry.
• Established network with dealers, distributors, EPC companies, project developers, and installers across Haryana and nearby regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and team management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
