Job Summary

INA Solar is a leading solar PV module manufacturer committed to delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our IT team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support user account creation, password resets, and access management.
• Help maintain IT assets and inventory records.
• Troubleshoot operating system, email, and application-related issues.
• Assist in software installation, updates, and system maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve day-to-day IT support requests.
• Document technical issues and maintain support logs.
• Follow IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support IT projects and other departmental initiatives as assigned.

Required Skills

• Recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and IT support processes.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, or basic networking concepts is a plus.
• Exposure to remote desktop tools or IT ticketing systems will be an advantage.
