Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth across Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the solar industry, preferably in PV module sales, with an established network of distributors, EPCs, installers, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Solar PV Modules.
• Develop and expand the dealer, distributor, and channel partner network.
• Generate business from EPC companies, rooftop installers, and institutional customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Manage key customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and promotional activities.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, collections, and after-sales support.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
• 4–8 years of sales experience in the Solar Industry, preferably Solar PV Modules.
• Strong understanding of channel sales and B2B sales.
• Existing network with dealers, distributors, EPCs, and installers in and nearby areas of Lucknow.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
