He also said when asked about the Government’s Production-linked incentive scheme that ” The Production Linked Incentive announced by the Govt. is a welcome step in the right direction. However, the minimum eligibility criteria are 1000MW of manufacturing capacity. This means that only the big corporations can take advantage of it. We request the Govt. of India to reduce this cap so that the MSME sector can also participate in this scheme and become a part of Atmanirbhar Bharat.”

He said about the company strategy to expand the market presence: “As of now, we are focusing on the Domestic Market through capacity expansion. Now we are also upgrading and incorporating new equipment for technology up-gradation to expand the market presence. We have one of the best testing equipment for quality assurance and product up-gradation. Along with this, we regularly organize the Product and Process Training for our staff by internal and external agencies. As with international trends, the Indian market is also seeing a trend shift from poly to mono perc modules. Our new expansion plans are already braced up for new technological introductions. Further, we are already exploring export opportunities and are in touch with a few overseas clients for this. We are planning to enter into mid-East Asia, Africa & selected European countries.”
